The project is developed on a uniquely trapezoidal plot—a challenge that the Duc Tin architects turned into an opportunity to showcase flexible design thinking.
Placing the staircase at the front not only saves space but also optimizes functionality and establishes a logical circulation axis within the house. As a result, the living areas feel open, convenient, and architecturally deep, avoiding the cramped sensation often found in irregularly shaped lots.
The façade impresses with a combination of modern geometric forms and soft rounded edges, creating an overall appearance that is both refined and visually pleasing from the outside.
Inside, every living area is carefully planned—from lighting and ventilation to movement flow—ensuring maximum comfort and a seamless living experience for the entire family.
